Privacy Policy
How ACSI Incorporated handles information you share with us.
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Who we are
ACSI Incorporated ("ACSI," "we," "us") is an independent claims adjusting and third-party administration firm, founded in 1985. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through acsi-incorporated.com, our registered Brand name for the website and its associated messaging programs.
Information we collect
Depending on which part of the site you use, we may collect:
- Contact form — your name, email address and the message you send us.
- Careers and interest form — your name, contact details, work history and any résumé (CV) file you upload.
- Assignment (instruction) submissions — your role (insurer, coverholder, TPA or independent adjusting firm), client or carrier name, program or policy number, assignment type, date of loss, file details and any documents you upload.
- Client portal accounts — your email address and password (stored in hashed form, never in plain text) and your saved submissions.
- Technical data — standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site secure.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, review career applications, process claims assignments you instruct us on, operate the client portal, and notify our own staff when a submission arrives. Email notifications for new submissions are sent to designated ACSI Incorporated staff. Text message notifications go only to internal ACSI Incorporated staff who have agreed to receive them.
We retain submitted information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, to process an assignment, consider an application, or keep records required of a claims operation — and then delete or anonymize it.
SMS / text message notifications
ACSI Incorporated sends text message alerts to internal staff when a new submission is received through the website. These messages are internal business notifications — not marketing. Message frequency varies with submission volume; message and data rates may apply.
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP, to any message from us.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share submitted information only with staff and service providers who need it to operate the site and our claims services — for example, the hosting and email-delivery providers that store submissions and deliver notification emails and text alerts — and where required by law. Uploaded documents are stored in private storage and are not accessible to other visitors.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. Portal passwords are stored only as modern password hashes. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your assignment or application.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted, and you may close a client portal account at any time. Email us or write to the address below and we will act on your request, subject to records we are required to keep for our claims work.
